These are awesome! How long after they are prepared do they need to be served? We have a St. Patrick’s Day potluck at work and these would be perfect, but i wasn’t sure if i should put them together tonight or tomorrow.
Hi Lauren,
I would put them together the day of the party. They can be in the fridge for a few hours, but they may get soggy if made the night before. You can certainly make all the parts, and then quickly assemble the day of.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions.
Enjoy!
These look so delicious Liz!!
Thanks so much Glory! I’m thrilled you like them!

I LOVE trifles!(Actually,I have a HUGE sweet tooth,so more or less I love all desserts – but trifles are one of my biggest favorites!).So,I will prefer making this as a trifle than push pops.
Thank you for sharing the recipe.:-) I have a little question though – are Andes mint chips the same as Andes Chocolate Mints? To be honest,I had to Google since we don’t really get them here.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by! The Andes Mint Chips are sold in the baking, near the other chocolate chips. They are small pieces of Andes chocolate mints, so you could buy the regular ones and chop if you want.
Hope that helps!
