January Menu Plan – 2011
Happy New Year! Did you enjoy your Holiday? We had a great Christmas and fun New Year’s Eve!
I’m looking forward to getting back on a schedule, planning some meals, and hopefully getting some meal prep done ahead of time. Several months ago, I planned a whole week of meals from the Make Ahead Meals for Busy Moms Cookbook, shared the grocery list and the recipes.
It was lots of work, but it was so nice to be able to just quickly heat up or finish the meals each night. I’m going to try real hard to get some meals prepped ahead of time.

Your list looks really tasty. I actually was able to plan out our meals for the month as well. It’s such a great stress reducer to know in advance and be prepared. This is my first time menu planning an entire month, so I hope all goes smoothly.

You are eating well this month. What a great idea to do a menu for an entire month. It looks like a menu my family would love too. Thanks for including some of my favorites. I’m so glad we met too! Happy New Year!
Wow – an entire month at once is impressive! I wish I could think that far ahead – I am going to shoot for weekly or bimonthly for most of the year, myself. Can’t wait for you to share some of these yummy sounding recipes! Happy New Year!
