BBQ Chicken Sliders and our Menu Plan

Welcome to another great week of Menu Planning! Did you enjoy the Thanksgiving Progressive Dinner last week? There were really great recipes shared! I can hardly wait for Thanksgiving!

I served these BBQ Chicken Sliders at our Birthday Party on Sunday and they were a huge hit. I thought you might like them too.

BBQ Chicken Sliders

Quick and easy BBQ Chicken Slider recipe from HoosierHomemade.com

Ingredients

BBQ Chicken Sliders

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
  • BBQ Sauce (I make my own, recipe below)
  • Dinner rolls

BBQ Sauce Recipe

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix sauce and set aside.
  2. Place chicken in crockpot and cover with sauce.
  3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with fork.
  5. Warm up the dinner rolls in the oven, spoon BBQ Chicken on and serve.
