Hearty Chili and our Menu Plan
Have you ever used wine for cooking in your Chili? I would have never thought about trying it, but after receiving some Holland House Wines for Cooking and their recipe booklet, I decided to give it a try.
During the last couple weeks, I made Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry and Spaghetti Casserole using the cooking wine, and we enjoyed the flavor quite a bit. And this Hearty Chili was also very good.
