Snickerdoodle Cookies
Snickerdoodle Cookies are a favorite in our house. We like them a little under baked so they are nice and soft.
I use the same recipe that I have for years. The Butter Flavor Crisco gives the cookies are great buttery flavor and keeps them soft.

Don’t have a snickerdoodle recipe and the only time my kids get these is out at their grandmother’s (and they are rarely there). Sounds like your son knows what he’s doing! I LOVE this and that you were so sweet to help him. 🙂
Blessings!

These are a classic and so easy to make (at least it sounds like it).
Can I use real butter in place of the crisco?
Sure, I don’t see why not. I like the Butter Flavor Crisco because it makes the cookies soft, but real butter will do the same.
I had a friend in college that we called Hoosier. That is so funny. Wow your son can make these. Wow.
