Happy Tuesday! I hope this finds you all well! Did you read my exciting news yesterday? All this week, I’m working on my very first eBook…a Cupcake eBook…of course! Yay!! I’m super excited!! I have been dreaming up ideas for it for months, now is the time for me to get to work.
I’m taking a little break this week from the computer, so I can create the cupcakes, but I do have a yummy cupcake for you today…
Snickerdoodle Cupcakes with Snickerdoodle Cookies!
With cinnamon flavor cake and fluffy frosting and a sprinkle of Snickerdoodle Cookies, these are a perfect Fall treat or even an after-school snack. I started with Amy’s recipe, changed it up a bit and added my own easy version of frosting. I used my favorite recipe for Snickerdoodle Cookies, they are soft and have the perfect amount of cinnamon.

These look sooo good. I can`t wait to try making them. One question about the frosting, will it hold up for a day or two or does it need to be done the day you`re serving?
Hi there, you can certainly make the frosting ahead and keep it in the fridge, but I would frost the cupcakes the day you plan on serving them.
Your frosting was fabulous! I was searching for a Marshmallow Creme frosting and came across yours. Perfect! A new staple in my house, although I used real butter, not “I can’t believe it’s not butter”
