With the big kick off to Summer coming soon…Memorial Day, we thought you might enjoy some recipes, decorating ideas and of course, fun printables for your Memorial Day Cook-Out!
These Memorial Day Cook-Out Printables come with Tented Cards for your food – some are printed and some are blank, Drink Wraps, and Patterned Paper that is perfect for Hot Dog Wraps, Desserts and more!
Hosting a Cook-Out doesn’t need to be difficult. We put together a some easy and fun ideas for you!
The Memorial Day Printables are my favorite, but after that, I think, the Serving Platter is next. Inspired by The Style Sisters, I used my pedestal cake platter, cut off the waist band of an old pair of blue jeans, and while I was working on the food, Doug sewed the waist band to the platter with a large needle and twine. Then I tied 2 red bandannas together and threaded them through the loops like a belt.
To hold the silverware, I cut off the pockets from the same pair of jeans, wrapped the silverware in a napkin, put them in the pockets and placed them in a red plastic pail.
Now it was time for the food…for the main dish, we served up a Hot Dog Bar, complete with a Chicago Dog, Taco Dog, Chili Cheese Dog, and Tex-Mex Dog. Pop on over to Pocket Change Gourmet for those recipes and more grilling ideas for your cook-out!

Inspired by the Rainbow Fruit Skewers we shared for St. Patrick’s Day, these Flag Fruit Kabobs go perfectly with the red, white & blue printables and decorations.
And for dessert {because you know I had to share some}…Patriotic Pie Squares.
