Teriyaki Chicken with World Harbor and Sweepstakes

By June 7, 2011Cooking, Main Dishes

As we have been talking about lately, grilling is a big part of our meal plan right now. I recently shared quick and easy broccoli using Holland House vinegar to add flavor. Along with the broccoli, I served Teriyaki Chicken marinated in World Harbor Teriyaki Marinade.

Adding a marinade to your chicken or other meat before grilling is not only flavorful, but super easy. I fillet {cut} the boneless skinless chicken breasts so they lay flat. They cook faster and more evenly that way. Place them in a container and pour over the marinade. Place in fridge for about 30 minutes. I learned from Bobby Flay that if you marinade too long, it makes the meat tough.

Place on grill and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until chicken is completely cooked. Be careful not to overcook, or the chicken can get dry.

How does a vacation to an exotic island sound? Sounds pretty good to me!
