Girl Scout Cookie Cupcakes: Cupcake Corner

Welcome to Cupcake Corner! My little corner of the cupcake world!

With all the St. Patrick’s Day Food I shared and everything else happening, I’ve missed a few weeks for Cupcake Corner. I apologize.

Since it’s not quite time to share Easter Cupcakes and I shared a few Spring Cupcakes last time, I thought it would be fun to share Girl Scout Cookie Cupcakes. I was a Girl Scout growing up and enjoyed selling {and eating} the cookies that we worked so hard to sell.

I had a little discussion going last night on Facebook, asking what their favorite Girl Scout Cookie is…Thin Mint was the overwhelming winner. I personally like Tagalongs the best, there is something about Chocolate and Peanut Butter that I love! But since Thin Mint was most everyone’s favorite, let’s start with those…

Thin Mint Cookie Cupcakes

I shared these Thin Mint Cupcakes last year. I think I need to make them again soon!

Manic Mother shares her version of Thin Mint Cupcakes. Doesn’t that frosting look heavenly?

Girl Scout Cookie Pops

Aren’t these Girl Scout Cookie Pops darling? Dollhouse Bake Shoppe Blog shared them

Girl Scout Shortbread Cookies

I love cherries and these Cheesecakes made with Shortbread Cookies, from My little cottage in the making, look yummy!

Girl Scout Tagalongs

Tagalongs are my favorite. These Tagalong Cupcakes, from DIY Louisville, look delish!

Moms Crazy Cooking shared her Tagalong Girl Scout Cupcakes this week on Cupcake Tuesday.

Somoa Cookies

Owen’s Mom shared these yummy Somoa inspired Cupcakes over at Adventures in all things food.

And even though they aren’t Girl Scout Cookie Cupcakes, I just had to share these luscious Strawberry Swirl Cupcakes that I made for Cupcake Chronicles Newsletter yesterday.

As always…if you were featured on Cupcake Corner, shoot me an email and I’ll send you the featured button.
