I’m excited to once again be sharing recipes with you featuring Fisher Nuts. Last year I shared some my favorites with you like Cherry Almond Poke Cake and Pecan Caramel Popcorn Crunch. During this Holiday baking season and into next year, watch for more recipes.

One of best things about a crisp, crumble or cobbler is how versatile it is. You can serve it at a dinner party, take it to a potluck, and it’s easy enough for a weeknight dessert. This Caramel Apple Nut Crumble starts with a partially baked crust, then topped with chopped apples, chopped Fisher walnuts, and Homemade Caramel Sauce poured over. Then more of the butttery crust on top and into the oven it goes.

We are blessed to live near many apple orchards and love going as a family. We even grab warm homemade doughnuts and cider while we are there. Along with all of the Fall decorations, next to Christmas, it’s my favorite time of year!

    1. I agree, there’s nothing like a warm bowl of apple crumble with ice cream. Thanks for stopping by Kristen!
