Push Pops
Today I’ve whipped up a super fun dessert for you…Irish Cream Push Pops! Don’t have push pop containers? Never fear, I also created an Irish Cream Trifle for you in case you don’t have the push pops or can’t find them to buy.
See…aren’t they the cutest? I’ve shared Trifles many times over the last couple of years, they are one of my favorite desserts to make and serve. They go together quickly, look impressive and the few ingredients go a long way.
I started with a batch of my new favorite brownie…Better Than Brownies…and sprinkled half of the batter with Andes Mint Chips. {Stay tuned to see what I’m making the the other half} Then to add the Irish Cream flavor, I used Irish Cream Creamer, pouring it over the brownies as well as mixing it into the pudding. The Andes Mint are a perfect addition, giving it a little extra minty flavor.
If you are looking for the Push Pops Containers, you can find them at craft stores made by Wilton or online! But if you don’t happen to find the Push Pop Containers, you can very easily serve this St. Patrick’s Day Dessert in a Trifle Glass.
