This post is sponsored by Naked Nutrition. I am not a medical expert, I am solely giving my review of this product.
Breakfast time can be a struggle. We are all in a hurry and don’t always take time to eat a good breakfast that will power us through our days. These easy to make Protein Oats are the answer!
Whether you are rushing off to work, getting the kids off to school or ready to tackle the home projects, breakfast is important not to skip. As they say “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”
As a busy mom, I know how challenging it can be to find a nutritious breakfast that’s quick and easy. That’s why I love Naked Oats, it combines premium whey protein with gluten free rolled oats for a delicious shake or overnight oatmeal that fuels your day.
In less than thirty seconds, you can whip up a high protein, fiber rich breakfast that supports lean muscle, stable energy, and healthy digestion.
There are two different ways that Naked Nutrition suggests you enjoy the Naked Oats.
The first is a simple shake using milk and two heaping scoops of the Cinnamon Roll Flavored Oats. You can drink it right away, or refrigerate it five hours or more.
The second way is to make a protein shake in the blender. Simply combine two heaping scoops of the oats with your favorite beverage. And blend for 15-20 seconds or until smooth.
To start making my Apple Cinnamon Shake, I used a pint size mason jar to mix the shake. Then combined it with almond milk for a dairy free option.
After a quick shake, it was ready to go into the refrigerator overnight.
