There are two different ways that Naked Nutrition suggests you enjoy the Naked Oats.

The first is a simple shake using milk and two heaping scoops of the Cinnamon Roll Flavored Oats. You can drink it right away, or refrigerate it five hours or more.

The second way is to make a protein shake in the blender. Simply combine two heaping scoops of the oats with your favorite beverage. And blend for 15-20 seconds or until smooth.

To start making my Apple Cinnamon Shake, I used a pint size mason jar to mix the shake. Then combined it with almond milk for a dairy free option.

After a quick shake, it was ready to go into the refrigerator overnight.

To enjoy in the morning, I added the Cinnamon Roll Naked Oats Shake to jars, added a spoonful of Greek yogurt, diced apples and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Protein Oats for Breakfast

This quick and easy breakfast with protein oats, apples and yogurt will fuel you throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Milk or Milk Substitute (used almond milk)
  • 2 heaping scoops Cinnamon Roll Naked Oats
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • Dusting ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add milk to jar with lid
  2. Add Naked Oats to jar
  3. Place lid on top and shake about 1 minute or until smooth
  4. Place in refrigerator to chill at least 5 hours or enjoy immediately
  5. To add topping, dice apple and add to Naked Oats Shake, then add a spoonful of yogurt and dusting with cinnamon if you like.
