Homemade Strawberry Glaze: Spring Inspiration
Spring means strawberries! The stores are full of them right now. And that means so is my refrigerator. I absolutely love fresh, ripe strawberries, as do my boys. It’s not uncommon for us to go through two cartons of them in one sitting. Sometimes, though, we get busy and some might sit in there for longer than normal. That’s when a Homemade Strawberry Glaze becomes the perfect recipe! It is great for using up those extra ripe berries just before they turn.

Strawberry pie. Strawberry Shortcake. Cheesecake with a strawberry glaze topping. Strawberry tarts. All of these need a delicious strawberry glaze and I can’t wait to make them all this season! I think I need to do a taste test to determine which is THE BEST use of the homemade strawberry glaze!
