Double Dose English Toffee: Holiday Inspiration

One of my favorite events growing up was my dad’s company picnic. There was a man who brought cases of Heath bars every year. I have no idea why Heath bars but thanks to those picnics, I fell in love with toffee. This year, for the holidays, I’m going to create Double Dose English Toffee for myself…and maybe to share!
