Candy Corn Paper Craft and Dollar Tree Giveaway

Jump to recipe!

I’m thrilled to be partnering with Dollar Tree to share this fun project from The Value Seekers Club with you today.

I would venture to guess that the most popular candy for Fall and Halloween is Candy Corn. There is just something about those little marshmallow bites of yellow, orange and white pieces of candy that we all love. Not only is candy corn a popular treat, it’s also fun to create crafts that look like candy corn like this Candy Corn Paper Craft.

I’m not sure what it is, but Candy Corn just makes me happy. I do love the colors, and my Homemade Candy Corn Recipe is one of my favorites. So what’s next after making Candy Corn, adding it to Cupcakes, and making Candy Corn Jello Shots? Well, creating a fun project that look like Candy Corn.

When I first spotted these Candy Corn Cones over at Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club, I knew they would be fun to make and perfect for Candy Corn Week! With just a couple supplies, and tools you probably have at home, you can add this Fall decoration to your home too!

I followed the directions from the Value Seekers Club, but figured out a couple tips while I was making them.

  1. You will need to cut it twice the diameter to the height of the cone you want.  Cut – 8 inch circle = 4 inch cone – 12 inch circle = 6 inch cone – 16 inch circle = 8 inch cone
  2. After the circle of poster board is cut, find the center point and mark it with a pencil, then draw 2 lines to the edge of the circle to create a triangle. This is help you form the cone shape easier. I used taped to secure the edges of the cone.
