Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake
Imagine your family waking up on the day of Valentine’s Day and you have some pretty special stuff planned. Valentine’s Day is extra special in our home. We start our day with a fun Valentine’s Day breakfast with pancakes, cinnamon rolls and fried potatoes all in fun heart shapes. We though my boys are older, they still look forward to getting a Love Bucket from me. I fill it with everything they love – of course. Then a special dinner, and this Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake is perfect for dessert.
Look at how simple these ingredients are as well. I feel like there is nothing better than throwing just a few ingredients together to create something amazing. When you tell your family how simple it was to make this Valentine’s Day Dessert, they may not believe you. In fact, they may be convinced that you have some sort of superhero powers.
The start of the Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake is easy peasy. The berries plus sugar resting is the beginning step of the fruit base. It’s so hard to not stick your fingers in there and grab the delicious sugar coated strawberries, but one must resist to achieve the final product.
Melting the fruit and sugar together create an unforgettable fruit base. Once it looks as though you have the right consistency it’s time to allow it to cool a bit and then toss it in the fridge.
As you can see, this Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake is the perfect focus for any Valentine’s Day party. You can make it for your family or bring it along to the party. I personally plan on making this for whoever is home at our house on Valentine’s Day, and yes I’ll be making myself one. These plastic mini martini glasses are perfect for entertaining!
