March Madness Cupcakes:

• Cupcakes {flavor of your choice}
• Buttercream Frosting for cupcakes
• Canned Frosting for melting {this works best}
• Graham Crackers
• Red and Black coloring
• Orange decorating sugar
• Cupcake wrappers that look like a net {optional}
