Fourth of July Cupcakes: Sprinkles will Fly
Happy Cupcake Tuesday! I’m so excited you are here! Looking for a cupcake recipe? Be sure to check out the Cupcake Heaven page, there are over 200 cupcake recipes and decorating ideas!
The Fourth of July holiday is almost here! And today we are celebrating with a little party…a Cupcake Couture Blog Party! I’m joined by 23 other cupcake bakers for a spectacular party and giveaway, sponsored by Bella Cupcake Couture and the other amazing companies, all offering your favorite cupcake decorating supplies!
These fun and easy Fourth of July Cupcakes start with Red Velvet to add a little extra festive touch to them.
The Stars and Stripes Cupcake Wrappers from Bella Cupcake Couture are perfect! They dress up an ordinary cupcake in minutes, giving them that extra special touch.
To display the cupcakes, I used a festive bandanna that I found at Walmart, added an aqua mason jar with small flags and a handful of sparklers.
The cupcakes are decorated with Wilton Decorator Icing and I used a #1M Star Tip, then added festive nonpareils and large stars from Wilton to the top of the cupcakes.
You can grab my recipe for Red Velvet Cupcakes to make them from scratch or use a box mix and add ingredients to make them taste homemade.
Now it’s time to party! Check out these amazing cupcake bakers for more recipes…
