Big Top Circus Birthday Party

It doesn’t really matter how old you are…everyone loves the Circus! The elephants, lions, ring master, big tent and of course the fun food! Each time I see the new die cuts from Lifestyle Crafts, I think they can’t get any cuter!

This Big Top Die Cut Set is their newest release! I was super excited when I saw them and knew right away I wanted to put together a Big Top Circus Birthday Party to share with you!

The Big Top Circus Birthday Party is full of cuteness…let me show you…

You can’t go to the Circus without enjoying a little Cotton Candy!

And the animals are the stars of the Circus! This Lion is just adorable!

How about some Popcorn? The containers are from the Dollar Store and the Popcorn was a gift from my son’s girlfriend.

Hot Dogs…every kid {and adult} loves them!

Peanuts served in colored ice cream cones not only make a cute, colorful display…they can eat the cones too! Isn’t the Elephant Die Cut super cute!

And of course…we had to have some cupcakes…Cotton Candy Cupcakes! White cake mix tinted pink to look like cotton candy and then Duncan Hines Cotton Candy Frosting Creations. The Cupcake Toppers are from The Paper Cupcake {you know I LOVE Charlotte!}…hurry on over and grab them from her shop!

And to drink…Lemon Shake Ups, served in mason jars with a slice of lemon…delish!

And to decorate our Big Top Circus Birthday Party…this adorable banner! Charlotte from The Paper Cupcake designed the banner and I added the Big Top Die Cuts, strung on a piece of twine and hung with mini clothespins…love it!

Here’s a little re-cap for you…

Disclosure: I received some products to try from Lifestyle Crafts and as always, the opinions are my own.

  1. What did you do to entertain the kids?

    1. Hi Rebecca, I did not actually have the Big Top Circus Party, I only showed the food and decoration ideas. Depending on the weather, you could set up games outside, relay races with hoola hoops is always fun.
Sorry I can’t be of more help, let me know if you still need game ideas and I can find some for you.

  3. Hi:
I have recently started following you and love your ideas. I used some of the ideas I found on your website to create items used for a 8th grade dance and award ceremony. I would love to get my hand on a circut cutter so that i could do items for the shcool without doing everything by hand. Thanks for all the great ideas, Keep them coming.
