No Bake Easy Holiday Desserts

While I love to bake, I also love to serve my guests amazing desserts that don’t take all day in the kitchen. And with all that is going on during the holidays, it’s great to have a few go-to desserts to serve.

We were recently challenged by ALDI to throw a party for our guests, serve them delicious food, but stay within our budget. We weren’t really sure it could be done, but thanks to ALDI, they made it really easy, not to mention pretty tasty too!

No Bake Easy Holiday Dessert Menu

• Black Forest Dessert Shooters
• Creamy Chocolate Mousse
• Belmont Mini Cheesecake Sampler
• Holiday Candies

Black Forest Dessert Shooter Recipe

• Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
• Friendly Farms Whipped Dairy Topping
• Baker’s Corner Canned Cherry Pie Filling

Instructions:

1. Mix the pudding with milk according to the directions on box
2. After it’s set, layer it in a glass with whipped topping and cherry pie filling

Chocolate Mousse Dessert Recipe

• Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
• Friendly Farms Whipped Dairy Topping

Instructions

1. Mix the pudding with milk according to the directions on box
2. After the pudding is set, combine with equal parts whipped topping {1 cup pudding + 1 cup whipped topping}
3. Spoon into small glass and top with more whipped topping
4. Top with candy if desired

The Holiday Candy was also a treat! My son’s friend came to me and said “how in the world did you get this chocolate to look like this?” I had to confess and tell him that I bought it at ALDI.
