Cupcakes and A Giveaway
Last week, Cupcake Tuesday had a record breaking 18 yummy recipes shared! Thanks to all who linked up and for spreading the word! I’m sorry for taking so long to visit, I was down with the flu. And a special Thank You to Lisa over at Blessed with Grace for highlighting Cupcake Tuesday!
I’m so excited to tell you about the first ever Cupcake Tuesday Giveaway! But first, here is my cupcake for today…
Frosted with white buttercream, decorated with glitter sprinkles, chocolate chips and for the cherry, pink starburst and tootsie roll.

Aren’t these just the cutest cards ever? Recently while checking out Everything Etsy, I came across Lisa’s work. She has high quality, really, really cute cards and tags. And she blogs over BLJ Graves Studio.

What a great shop that is!!! I had some PayPal credit sitting around so bought my favorites — the Santa Noel/Believe gift tags (which we’ll use as invitations probably). And I already have you on my blogroll, but still subscribed so this way I get a double dose of bloggity coolness

Oh, as for future cupcakes….I saw a repeat episode of Paula Deen today. Her guests on the show made cupcakes to look like a tv dinner. One cupcake looked like a fried chicken leg, another looked like mashed potatoes and gravy (white frosting, starburst candy for the butter and caramel for the gravy) and the third cupcake was frosted green and topped with “peas and carrots”! They were really adorable!!!!
