Peanut Butter Brownies

Jump to recipe!

After all the Holiday Baking, it’s nice to have a quick and easy dessert to whip up during the week. My boys love Brownies, and these Peanut Butter Brownies were definitely a hit!

During a recent stop at Aldi’s, they had most of the baking chips on sale. Even though I don’t really consider Peanut Butter chips a Holiday baking necessity, they had them on sale for $.99 a bag, perfect to add to Brownies.

  1. Hello, another question????? I am making a soup that calls for heavy cream…is that the same as heavy WHIPPING cream? Thanks so much for your help.

  2. I have baking questions!!

    1. Should eggs really be at room temperature before using?

    2. If a recipe isn’t specific about butter, should salted or unsalted be used?

    3. Why does the idea of using a simple candy therometer scare the daylights out of me? What is a good one to buy?

    4. What is the best way to get recipes from friends that were handed down in their family? Or is this something that shouldn’t be asked?

    5. Measuring: should dry items be measured in the pre-measured cups or can everything be measured in a measuring cup? You know, like i do. 🙂

    6. How do you know if a cookie or cookie batter should be frozen before it’s baked or after it’s baked?

  3. I am sure I should know this, but I don’t….when a recipe calls for softened butter, do you melt the butter completely? I have been, and then realized that maybe I am not following the recipe correctly.

Thanks for the Q @ A. I always have questions..

    1. Thanks Gigi…I’ll add this to my list. Feel free to ask other questions too.
