Mudslides: Easy 10 Minute Treat
Easy 5 minute treat that's perfect anytime. Recipe on HoosierHomemade.com
- 1 tube refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Hot Fudge Sauce
- Press about 1/4 cup of cookie dough into a foil pan, pushing up the sides too
- Bake in Toaster Oven at 355 degrees for about 3 1/2 minutes
- Centers should still be soft
- Serve with Ice Cream and Hot Fudge
You can also bake these in the regular oven at 350 degrees, time will vary depending on how large your pan is.

My favorite quick meal is a salad from the garden.
My favorite quick meal is mini pizzas. Just get some English muffins, add the sauce, cheese, and your toppings (my fav is ham, pineapple, & onions), pop it in the over for 8 mins and pizza is done! Taste great too!
My favorite quick meal is scrambled eggs; I’ll add some veggies if I’m ambitious. 🙂
My favorite quick “meal” is hot fogs. It isn’t necessarily the flavor that makes it my favorite, but that I can pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it is ready to eat.
I think pancakes are pretty quick.

We have tacos or a nacho bar as a quick meal. Leftovers are easily used as well!
I think my favorite quick meal is French bread pizza, made in the toaster oven so that the kitchen stays cool even in the summertime!
