Luck of the Irish…or so they say

Do you consider yourself lucky? Maybe you often win giveaways that you enter or play the lottery.

I’m not really sure that I’m a lucky person, I don’t play the lottery and have not really ever won a giveaway that I entered. But I think that being lucky is also a great way to say you are blessed.

And one of the many parts of my life that are blessed is to be able to share with you yummy recipes and projects to help you “Be a Hero” to your family. I’m also very blessed {and lucky} to be working with International Delight!

Although I’m not a coffee drinker, I use International Delight Creamers in several recipes and love how the flavor enhances them. Most recently, I made this Irish Cream Trifle…yup..it’s to die for!

And did you see the French Toast we made with International Delight Vanilla Caramel? It’s a little bit of heaven in the morning!

International Delight has joined the ever so popular Pinterest too! You all know I LOVE Pinterest and love the inspiration I find there! Be sure to check out their St. Patrick’s Day Recipes for a little inspiration of your own…you may just see a few you recognize!

Are you feeling lucky? International Delight is hosting a contest…a BIG contest!! You could win a trip for 2 to Ireland!!

Now, tell me about the last time good luck was on your side?

For your chance to win a Keurig coffee maker and a one year’s supply of International Delight creamer, complete these two steps:

1.Share the International Delight’s Luck of the Irish Facebook Contest with your friends below
2.Tell us that you’ve invited your friends to enter the Luck of the Irish Facebook Contest AND tell about a time when good luck was on your side

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of International Delight.  The opinions expressed by me do not necessarily reflect the view of the International Delight Brand. Official Contest Rules. Official International Delight Facebook Contest Rules.
