Betty Crocker, with the guidance and help of oncologists, nutritionists and real cancer survivors, offers a collection of easy and delicious recipes specially designed for people in treatment with their Living with Cancer Cookbook.

While browsing through the cookbook, this amazing Fudge Pudding Cake caught my eye {imagine that}.

I found a very similar recipe on Betty Crocker.com, but I will share the recipe from the Living with Cancer Cookbook.
