Back to School Shopping at Walmart
It’s that time of year, when we are all hitting the stores for Back to School clothes and supplies. Walmart gave me a challenge recently to shop for Casey and see how many items we could get for $100. And let me tell you…we were shocked!
Walmart’s Apparel Department has lots of great new styles to choose from. They have been working hard on the Department, and it shows. We were able to get lots with our $100…
- 8 T-shirts {some plain, some striped}
- 2 pair of shorts {1 pair is reversible}
- 3 package of boxers
- 2 packages of socks
The only thing were weren’t able to find is jeans, not because Walmart didn’t have lots to choose from. But Casey has a particular kind of jeans he likes, skinny jeans, and we couldn’t find them at our store.
We put together a video to show you everything, and Casey even modeled for us!

Interesting purchases, & such a bargain. I’d probably buy less boxer briefs & opt for more socks or some other personal piece of clothing, though. 13 pairs of boxers seems a bit excessive, since the student would already have some.
