Wax Warmers from Better Homes & Gardens

Simple, easy and creative recipes and projects delivered straight to your inbox.

I love candles! I really do, but I have a little problem…I forget that I have them lit, which is dangerous. So recently, I have started using Wax Warmers…and LOVE them!

Not only are the Wax Warmers much safer than a burning candle, they also make a pretty accent to any table or shelf.

What is a Wax Warmer?

  • Ceramic warmer with a 25w light bulb

How do they work?

  • The light bulb warms the wax cube creating fragrance

  • Safe and clean heat source
  • No flame or soot residue
  • Easily interchangeable wax
  • Can be used any where in the home
  • Economical – Warmers are around $15 and the packages of wax cubes are only $2 and they are HALF the cost of other competitors with similar products
  • Wax cubes last a REALLY long time
  • You can also recycle used wax by pouring it back into the plastic container it comes in
  • The top easily wipes clean with a paper towel and then you can change to another fragrance

Where do you buy them?

  • Better Homes & Gardens Wax Warmers are available at Walmart
  • There around 25 Everyday fragrances
  • And {my favorite} around 15 Harvest fragrances

Gifting Ideas:

  • For under $20, you can give a warmer and a couple packages of wax cubes
  • Teacher gifts
  • Friend, relative, co-workers
  • Gift swap

Love reading your blog! I too have the same problem with candles. But even a harder time tossing out a burnt down candle with a wonderful scent. I will chop up a no-longer burnable candle, and place the candle chunks into mini-muffin tins (sprayed with a light coat of cooking spray first). Set the oven at its lowest setting and watch them melt. Once cooled, I store the homemade candle tarts in a storage bag and use them with my warmers later. It’s wonderful to still have the smell you love & it’s not real time consuming to do!

I have to agree! I love the Scentsy warmers but they’re so darn pricey! I was strolling the candle aisle in WM the other day and saw they had these and I was SO HAPPY (we had a kitchen fire CAUSED by a candle not too long ago!) So I am more than elated to have more wax warmers.

And the blueberry…. it fills my house with the smell of fresh blueberry muffins! AWESOME!
