Valentine Cupcakes “I Love Ewe” for Cupcake Tuesday

Are you planning on baking cupcakes for your kiddos or sweetie for Valentine’s Day? These “I Love Ewe” Cupcakes are really fun and easy to make.

Since I haven’t shared a video in awhile, I thought these cupcakes would be perfect. Sometimes it’s just easier to see the cupcakes being made rather than just reading, at least it is for me. I’m a hands on type of baker, it’s much easier if I can see it being made.

My inspiration came from my favorite cupcake bakers…Karen and Alan, the authors of What’s New, Cupcake? and the Ewe Cupcake idea was inspired from Martha’s Cupcake Book.

Here is what I used…

I {Eye} Cupcake…

• Gummi Rings
• Brown M&M’s
• Black Frosting
• Decorator bag fitted with a #3 tip

Love Cupcake…

• Pink Frosting
• Hearts…like Wilton, or any heart shaped candy

You {Ewe} Cupcake…

• White Frosting
• Pink Frosting
• Mini Marshmallows
• Mini Chocolate Chips

Aren’t these the cutest ever? I bet your Valentine would love receiving this little box of treats. The cupcake boxes are from Wilton. I simply filled them with red shredded paper and set the cupcakes in the box.
