I recently shared with you the recipe for Blueberry Crumb Bars. I also entered this Strawberry Bread in our County Fair and received 2nd place. I originally found the recipe at I’m an Organizing Junkie.
Mix all the ingredients by hand
And then add the strawberries
Ingredients:
3 c. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
2 t. Ground Cinnamon
2 t. Vanilla
2 c. Sugar
2 1/2 c. Sliced Strawberries
4 Eggs, beaten
1 c. Oil
Directions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. in small loaf pans.
Note: I made one large and 2 small loaf, this recipe is very cake like and needs to be baked in the small pans, it took the large pan forever to bake and was still a little moist in the middle. I took the small loaf to enter in the fair, and was shocked to win. But, it did taste really good.
And I apoligize, for some reason forgot to snap a picture of the finished loaf, I guess I’ll just have to bake it again.

This looks divine!
Congrats on your prize, and thanks for sharing the recipe.
Stop over at Free2BeFrugal!
You totally have to make it again cause I want to see the finished loaf. And I might just have to make one myself in the meantime. Yummo!!
