Starbucks Peppermint Brownies

 starbucks-peppermint-brownies

Yummy, Starbucks Peppermint Brownies!  These brownies are super easy to make and are the most delicious brownies I have ever baked.

Edit: I am adding this recipe to the Ultimate Recipe Swap over at Life As Mom. These brownies could very easily be baked for St. Patrick’s Day by adding green frosting.

Brownie Recipe

1 Box Fudge Brownie Mix

1/2 c. Butter, melted

1/4 c. Water

2 Eggs

1/4 t. Peppermint Extract

Mix and pour into a 13×9 greased pan, bake at 350 for 25-30 min.

Buttercream Frosting

1/2 c. Butter, soft

1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar

1 T. Milk

1/4 t. Peppermint Extract

1/4 t. Vanilla

Beat butter until fluffy, add liquids, then powdered sugar.

I frosted these, then added chips of Andes Mints on some and sprinkles on some.  The picture above is shown with Chocolate Chip Cookies, I had made them for a friend for her birthday.
