S’more Cupcakes

If you have been following my blog, you will know that my most favorite thing in the world to do, is bake. And especially cupcakes. If you haven’t seen my posts about cupcakes, you can see Cupcake Heaven and Filled Cupcakes. Recently I came up with this S’More Cupcake.

I prepared the holes the same as I did for the other Filled Cupcakes, I started with a chocolate cupcake and filled it with marshmallow fluff. Because the fluff was so sticky, I put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Don’t leave it in too long, or it will look like this…

I used a spoon and knife and carefully filled each center

Then I frosted them with Vanilla Buttercream

Then I drizzled them with chocolate frosting and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs. I didn’t have a chance to try this one, but my son said they tasted exactly like a s’more.

  1. Oh, I do love cupcakes! I made malt ball cupcakes once and they were so good. This one looks like a winner and I’m sure my kids would be thrilled!

  14. Oh, your last picture where you said you frosted them with vanilla cream. How (please tell me!) did you get it to look so perfect? Did they all look like this or just the one for the pic? It really does look amazing!!

Thank you so much! I use a decorator bag and tip, start on the outside edge and swirl into the middle. No, they don’t all look that good, I’m usually in such a hurry, I’m surprised I picked a good one for the picture.
