  1. These are so cute but the frosting “recipe” doesn’t work at all! When you beat them
Together they become a gooey runny mess. I even tried adding powdered sugar and all it did was make it way too sweet but still a gooey mess. Now I have to buy more p/s to make a buttercream frosting to decorate my cupcakes. What a waste of time and money. 🙁

    1. I’m sorry the frosting didn’t work out for you Lynn. Sometimes mine is runny as well, but if I add powdered sugar it comes together.

  2. When you say a jar of Fluff, what size/how many ounces? Thanks!

    1. Half and half is good, mix 1/2 marshmallow fluff and 1/2 Cool Whip. You can add to your taste, if you like more marshmallow or more Cool Whip.

  3. Gluten Free Diva says:

Those are some pretty cupcakes! And easy enough for me to make gluten free! Thanks for the inspiration!

  4. Cupcakes are darling. I hae one question. Being as the frostinig is made partly from Cool Whip, do the cupcakes have to be served immediately, put in the refrigerator, or can they be left out?

    1. I would keep them in the fridge, and then let them come to room temp before serving them. Thanks so much for stopping by! Merry Christmas!
