Pink Lemonade Pie for Valentine’s Day

I’m super excited to be sharing Valentine’s Week with you all! Along with some pretty amazing gals, Gina from The Shabby Creek Cottage, Kellie at Nest of Posies, Amy at The Idea Room, and Charlotte from The Paper Cupcake, each day will be fun filled with Valentine’s Day ideas and a special giveaway each day.

We are kicking it off with a sweet treat for your Valentine…Pink Lemonade Pie! It’s rich, creamy and a perfect little dessert to finish off a special dinner with your sweetie!

To make these adorable little individual servings, I pressed the Graham Cracker Crust into Wilton heart shaped silicone baking cups, but you could easily make a full pie.

First I love the one that has June 18th on it because that is my birthday. Second I wish you had some for Cancer because I am donating 100 cupcakes to a school that is having a Coach versers Cancer the first weekend in Feb. I think they would love having something like that on the cupcakes. It would make them look great.
