Wow, where has the time gone? I really don’t know what has happened to last couple weeks, and it’s time to post my Monthly Plan again later this week. But, for now, here is the menu for this week…
Monday ~ Frozen Food (having a Pampered Chef Party, so Doug and the boys will have to have frozen, pop in the oven and heat up food)
Tuesday ~ BBQ Meatballs, Rice and Veggies
BBQ Sauce: 3/4 c. ketchup, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1T + 1t. vinegar
Wednesday ~ Chicken Pot Pie (recipe)
Thursday ~ Chicken Stir Fry and Quick & Easy Oriental Noodles (recipe from Saving Everyday)
Friday ~ BLT Sandwiches, chips, veggies and dip
Saturday ~ Shangai Wings, Rice (recipe)
Sunday ~ Grill Out, Chicken Phillies, from Forever Wherever, never made these a couple weeks ago, so hopefully we can try them this week
Snacks ~ Applesauce Muffins and Snickerdoodles

Well, my week last week didn’t go too well, we had lots of things going on, and I didn’t stick to my plan very well. Thankfully this week is a new week and I can start over. Here is what we had and what I spent…
Monday ~ Leftovers $-0-
Tuesday ~ Spaghetti with Meatballs and Alfredo Sauce $5.30
Wednesday ~ Baked Chicken $8.46 (made 2 pkgs. and had lots of leftovers)
Thursday ~ Leftovers $-0-
Friday ~ Chili Cheese Dogs and Mac & Cheese $4.30
Saturday ~ Had late lunch so we snacked for dinner
Sunday ~ Ate out $10.59 (for 2 of us)
Total ~ $28.65
