Wednesday ~ April Fool’s Dinner~Snakes and Bugs  (recipes)

Thursday ~ Crockpot Chicken

Friday ~ Bacon Cheeseburgers, Fries

Saturday ~ Chicken Salad Sandwiches, veggies and dip

Sunday ~ Leftover Buffet

Here is a re-cap of last weeks meals and what I spent. My menu got switched around a little because there was roast on sale and I wanted to use it fresh and not freeze it.

Monday ~ Chicken Stir-Fry and Rice  $7.44

Tuesday~Tacos, Chips and Salsa $7.33 (enough meat for 2 meals)

Wednesday~Roast, Baked Potatoes, veggie $6.84 (enough meat for 2 meals)

Thursday~Leftovers  $-0-

Friday~ Stromboli $4.98 (made 2, 1 with taco meat and taco toppings)

Saturday~Late lunch and snacked for dinner

Sunday~BBQ Pork Sandwiches $1.00 (for sauce and side dishes)

Total  $27.59
