January Menu Plan – 2011

Jump to recipe!

Happy New Year! Did you enjoy your Holiday? We had a great Christmas and fun New Year’s Eve!

I’m looking forward to getting back on a schedule, planning some meals, and hopefully getting some meal prep done ahead of time. Several months ago, I planned a whole week of meals from the Make Ahead Meals for Busy Moms Cookbook, shared the grocery list and the recipes.

It was lots of work, but it was so nice to be able to just quickly heat up or finish the meals each night. I’m going to try real hard to get some meals prepped ahead of time.
