Every holiday season, I find myself in the kitchen staring at recipes, looking for the perfect treats to serve to friends, coworkers and loved-ones. This year, I’ve found one recipe that is sure to be included on my baking to-do list. Cookie exchanges and holiday gatherings are going to be so much better with this homemade toffee! It looks very easy to make and it sounds absolutely delicious.

I bet these could be turned festive with some Christmas themed sprinkles! Just break the toffee apart, place the pieces in cellophane bags and tie with a holiday ribbon! This could stand alone as the gift or paired with a Christmas cookie recipe that you love for a delicious, sweet gift!
