At the suggestion of my husband, I am planning on posting a different cupcake each Tuesday. I’ve had some great comments from my readers, and they really seem to be enjoying my cupcakes. So, here is an Easter Bunny Cupcake for you.
I started with a plain white cupcake, but any cupcake will do, of course. Then I frosted it with pink frosting…

Then I added a circle of white frosting in the middle-bottom…

Next take a large marshmellow, cut into four pieces and dip the edge in pink sugar…

Place the ears toward the top of the white frosting and add 2 mini M&M’s for the eyes…

Then put 6 small chocolate sprinkles in for whiskers, I used tweezers to do this, it was much easier. And add a dot of pink frosting for the nose.

Some other cupcakes that you may enjoy are S’More Cupcakes, Cupcake Heaven and Filled Cupcakes.
