<description>&lt;a href=&quot;#comment-4313&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;@nancy&lt;/a&gt;, How much butter did you start with and how much powdered sugar? I add about 4 cups of powdered sugar for 1 cup of butter, a little milk and a little vanilla, maybe 4-6 tablespoons milk, a little at a time and about 1 tablespoon vanilla.
Let me know how it turns out.

		<description>Hey,
It is snowing today. I thought I would try to make these cupcakes and everything was good until I did the icing. How do you get yours to come out like that? My icing was way to soft to try to decorate anything with. I used it to put a little icing on cherry turnovers, But I have a bowl full still.
Thanks
