It’s been a long time in the making, but I finally have my first vlog to share with you on cupcake decorating.
I’m so excited to be showing you some of the cupcakes that I made from the What’s New, Cupcake? book. I’ve been telling you lots about the book lately, I’m excited to show you…

Don’t be too harsh…
I hope you enjoyed my demonstration and learned a little. I would love to see some of cupcakes, when you try them.
Don’t you love my apron? My very good friend, Dawn, in Nashville, had it made for me! Thank you my friend! Love you!
For each cupcake, you will need…
- 22 mini marshmallows, cut in half diagonally (I actually used a few less)
- Wilton Colored Sugar
- Jelly Belly Licorice Pastels or other candy for the center
- Rainbow Twizzlers for display
I used both white and colored mini marshmallows. You can buy them at Walmart or the Grocery Store.

I Love those sunflower cupcakes, with the oreos in the middle and then you pipe the sunflower around it! I make them every spring, they are so good and so fun to look at!!
