
With 3 of our family members having birthdays this month, I thought I should share some of the birthday cupcakes I made.
They are not fancy, but easy to make and they can easily be changed to fit your celebration.

I started with One Bowl Chocolate Cupcakes, frosted them with Buttercream Frosting and decorated them with my decorator’s pastry bag. I used a small circle tip and piped little dots to form the letters.
To display cupcakes, I used a large cookie sheet and covered it with a plastic tablecloth that I cut to fit.

You can also add a single initial to the top
