		<description>this sounds like a fabulous idea! i&#039;m curious, tho: i&#039;ve really taken a liking to steel-cut oats lately, which take about 30-45 minutes to cook on the stovetop. do you think those would work as well as old-fashioned oats, here? my gut instinct is that it would be fine, but i thought i&#039;d check and see if anyone knows for sure, before i try it out. :)</description>
