		<description>I made this delicious cranberry bread today, and it is fantastic!  I made a double recipe, and made a few small changes.  I added 1 tspeach of almond and vanilla extracts (because I love the taste of almond, and also zested an orange into the batter for more zing.  I used pecans, and my husband ate a small loaf before it had time to cool!  Thanks for this wonderful recipe...Happy Holidays!</description>
