Are you aware that donations to charitable organizations are down. I know that family budgets are stretched thin, ours is that’s for sure. But giving back to our community is something we have always tried to find a way to do. Whether it be helping at our children’s schools, volunteering time and tools for community projects or sponsoring kids in sports, we have always found the rewards are greater than the costs.
All You Magazine asked for our help and is working towards mobilizing MILLIONS of people like you and I through Champions for Kids. With a goal of 20 million people mobilized by 2020 the goal is to provide training and resources to improve the lives of children in communities across America and beyond.
Couponing has become one of the best ways to stretch a families budget, and is a great way to increase your ability to donate items to those who are in need. With a little coupon strategy you can icrease the amount you are able to donate and spend less than you have in the past.
Here are a few examples…
There are lots of great coupons in the All You Magazine, this one for White Cloud was $1.00 off.
And finding coupons online saves you money as well! I saved $1.25 on a tub of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.
And free products are a perfect way to save and donate!
These are the items we purchased, and ended up saving almost $20 with our coupons!
Many charitable organizations make it easy for you to donate. Of course, you wouldn’t want to put food in a drop box like this.
