Are you a Chocolate Lover? With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, I have 1 more Valentine’s Day Cupcake for you! They are really easy and I bet your sweetie will love them!
The Chocolate Cupcakes start with a box mix and ingredients added to make them taste homemade, then topped with Chocolate Caramel Buttercream, made with International Delight Chocolate Caramel Creamer.
And to finish them off, a small piece of candy. You could certainly add sprinkles or even leave them plain.
Not a Chocolate Caramel fan? Did you know that you can substitute any of the International Delight flavors in place of milk when you are making Frosting. The Irish Cream Push Pops that are made with Irish Creme are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, and the York Peppermint Pattie Cupcakes are full of chocolate peppermint flavor. The delicious treats don’t stop at frosting though, you may like the Heath Bar Milkshake…yum!
Any way you use International Delight, whether you are adding a delicious flavor to your morning coffee or adding the flavor of frosting, you can’t beat the burst the flavor!
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4-5 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup International Delight Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer
- In large bowl, beat butter until fluffy
- Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with Chocolate Caramel Creamer
- Beat until desired consistency
