I started with
1 bag of Salad Mix $.88 (on sale at Kroger)
4 Hard Boiled Eggs $.28
Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Green Pepper $.50
Ham and Pepperoni $1.00
Cheese $1.00
Salad Dressing on the side $.50
I served it on a large platter, it made a nice presentation.
Total $4.16
