Cheesy Bacon Crescents and our Menu Plan

I can’t believe September is almost half over!! This is the week I head to New York City! I’m super excited but really pretty nervous too. I’ve never been there before, have you?

Remember The Family Dish Program I told you about a little while back? I’ve been sharing recipes over on their site, along with some great bloggers. We are all heading to Bobby Flay’s and Todd English Restaurants, and the Broadway show, Promises, Promises! We will have a little time to look around a bit, I thought I might hunt down a Cupcake Store…or two! If I find some great cupcakes, I’ll be sure to take pictures and share with you.

Anyway, I created these Cheesy Bacon Crescents for The Family Dish site. They are super easy and very tasty! I served them with our appetizer meal, the boys loved them.

Cook bacon, cool and crumble into small pieces.

Mix with cheese and Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.

Cheesy Bacon Crescents

Cheesy Bacon Crescents

  • 10-15 slices of bacon (I cook bacon in the oven)

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, cool and crumble into small pieces.
  2. Mix with cheese and Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
  3. Open crescent rolls and place on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Spoon a heaping teaspoonful of bacon mixture onto large end of crescent roll, and roll up.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

These are a lot like the ones I make. But mine takes veg. garden flavored cream cheese and crushed up bacon inside the crescent roll. :)
