We wrap up this celebration week with a FUN prize from Betty Crocker! And of course, I just had to bake you some Valentine’s Day Cupcakes!

Yum! I started with Betty Crocker FUN da-middles, chocolate with an ooey gooey marshmallow center. Super easy but very impressive!

Well here we are, day 3 of our week long celebration! Have you seen the new design? We are so excited with how it looks, but most importantly how it works. It’s so much easier to find what you need, whether it’s a cupcake design, recipe or DIY project.

One of our goals when we were first started talking about the re-design was to make the decorating and DIY projects more visible. Doug and I love to build, decorate and remodel pretty much everything in our house. All the way from a simple rearrangement of furniture…

to replacing a lock…

to building a desk from scratch…

On Inspiration Sunday, I shared the beginning of our newest project with you…the Office Desk. While we were shopping at The Home Depot for the Kwikset Lock, we decided to look around for what we needed for the desk. We found everything we needed and although Doug knows a lot about wood and building, we still had lots of questions. We wandered around the store, finding lots of help and willing employees.

You all know how much I LOVE Karen and Alan books; Hello, Cupcake! and What’s New, Cupcake! I’m SUPER excited to share their new book with you…Cupcakes, Cookies & Pie, oh my!

This book is A-MAZING! They have totally out done themselves! To celebrate Valentine’s Day I made the adorable Puppy Love Pops and shared them on Cupcake Tuesday today!

And we can’t forget the Stiletto Cupcakes that I made last Spring for Cupcake Chronicles Newsletter! Karen and Alan have some in the book as well.

I found this adorable video for creating the Baa Baa Black Sheep, be sure to watch until the end and see what the black sheep does to the white sheep…so funny!
