I only make homemade pancakes … no recipe just flour sugar egg milk vanilla flavoring and a hot greased cast iron griddle.

The pancakes look great, especially the blueberry ones. I really miss Indiana blueberries, big and juicy. My family used to pick blueberries in the summer. Pancake recipe looks easy. I’ll have to try it.

Oh I love homemade pancakes. I never make any other kind now Add a touch of vanilla, and they really spruce up! I usually bake mine at 350 on the electric griddle which works out well. And I’m with you on adding extra flour to mine. I don’t like them too thin either!
